📋 Terms of Use

Glonavi Vehicle Monitoring System (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Glonavi application ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

Glonavi is a vehicle monitoring platform that offers:

  • Real-time GPS vehicle tracking
  • On-board camera viewing
  • Cloud storage for recordings
  • Route history (logbook)
  • Automatic and manual video backups

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed annually
  • The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled before the end of the current period
  • The renewal price will be the same as the initially contracted plan

3.2 Payment and Billing

For iOS users (App Store):

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
  • Automatic renewal can be turned off by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

For Android users (Google Play):

  • Payment is processed through Google Play
  • Automatic renewal can be turned off in Google Play > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.3 Subscription Management

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store settings (App Store or Google Play)
  • No refunds are provided for partial unused periods
  • Upon cancellation, you will maintain access until the end of the paid period

3.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the application or change devices, you can restore your active subscription from the plans section within the application.

3.5 Storage

  • Each plan includes a specific amount of cloud storage
  • Excess storage usage may result in the automatic deletion of older recordings
  • Manual and automatic backups are subject to the available space in your plan

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Application only for monitoring vehicles you own or have authorization for
  • Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Not attempt to access other users' data
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

5. Privacy and Data

  • Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy
  • GPS location data is transmitted and stored to provide the service
  • Video recordings are stored on secure servers
  • You are responsible for complying with local privacy laws when recording in your vehicle
  • You are responsible for informing third parties (passengers, employees) about the monitoring
  • For California users: Consult our Privacy Policy for information regarding your rights under the CCPA

6. Documents and Personal Information

6.1 User Documents

The Application allows storing user personal information including:

  • Profile photo
  • ID number (ID card, passport, license)
  • Contact information

6.2 Vehicle Documents

The Application allows storing vehicle information including:

  • License plate
  • Registration number
  • Insurance documents
  • Vehicle photos

6.3 Crew Documents

The Application allows storing crew members (drivers, assistants) information including:

  • Photo
  • ID number
  • Driver's license number
  • Contact information

6.4 Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the veracity and legality of the documents uploaded
  • You declare having authorization to upload third-party documents (crew members)
  • Glonavi does not verify document authenticity
  • Documents are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized users of your account

7. Devices and Compatibility

  • The service may require a Glonavi device installed in the vehicle
  • iOS: Requires iOS 15.0 or higher
  • Android: Requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or higher
  • Internet connection is required

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Application and its content are the property of Bestlinesoft LLC
  • A limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is granted to use the Application
  • Trademarks, logos, and trade names are the property of Bestlinesoft LLC
  • All content is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
  • GLONAVI DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS DUE TO TECHNICAL FAILURES, FORCE MAJEURE, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS
  • THE TRACKING SERVICE DEPENDS ON GPS COVERAGE AND CELLULAR NETWORK
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bestlinesoft LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Application
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable law

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through:

  • Notification in the Application
  • Email to the registered address
  • Publication on our website

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

12.1 By Glonavi

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent or illegal use
  • Prolonged account inactivity

12.2 By the User

You may delete your account at any time from the "Profile" section within the Application.

When you delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently deleted, including:

  • Profile photo
  • ID documents
  • Vehicle documents
  • Crew member documents
  • Video recordings and backups
  • Location history

Important:

  • This action is irreversible and the data cannot be recovered
  • Deletion will be processed within 30 days of your request
  • You must cancel active subscriptions separately in the App Store or Google Play

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

13.1 Binding Arbitration

You agree that disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND BESTLINESOFT LLC AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.3 Opt-out

You may opt-out by writing to legal@glonavi.com within 30 days of first use.

14. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these terms is declared invalid by a competent court, the other provisions will remain in effect
  • Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver of that right
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bestlinesoft LLC
  • You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent

16. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan.
